Did you noticed the box hanging on the wall in our
lobby next to the entrance to the bathroom?
The purpose of it was and is to let residents advertise
services, items for sell etc. The procedure is: you have to give your request
to the property office and they will put in in the box.
It is shameful and disappointing, when the whole world goes
to electronic advertisements and publications via, face book, Instagram,
messenger and many more. Millions of web sites are being build and
used, our board decided to walk back in time and hang an advertisement box next
to the bathroom to communicate between residents. It is shameful
and in poor taste.

We are paying monthly maintenance fees for the easement that includes the yacht club,
and what we get? an inferior service.
